Im new, and I was wondering does Twitter have a favorite limit per hour? I know about RT limits and such. Thanks

Yes, it does. But the limit actually depends upon the age and the quality of the account.

Kate Upton I would follow you......although you are probably an 18 stone Armenian truck driver.

yeah I've gotten away with 250-300 follows a day. A bit less than that on a new account to be safe.

What happens if you favorite, or rt too much? deletion forever, suspension? can the same id be registered again? -with same mail, or other mail?

Depends on age and your Twitter`s relevance (does it looks like a dead one or bot farmed?).
