One of my accounts does it every hour. Not just one hashtag but a bunch of it. Never had a problem.

If they did hundreds of thousands of people would have been banned for talking about Kobe Bryant's death with the same hashtag.

hash tags on Twitter is like the only major way to get followers and traffic..It is essential OP

I always use the same #, no problem ! # will be useless if you can't always use it
