Anyone know if the twiiter api (specifically hootsuite) leaks your IP address?

ie can twitter see that you're accessing a number of different accounts from the same ip?

or is it better to log in through various hootsuite accounts?

I have the same question. I know that twitter on allows about 5 to ten accounts on the same ip address.

But say you are using a product like tweet attacks account creator to make hundreds and you want to manage them through hootsuite because you want them to actually last, is there a way to use the proxies they were created with or, if you use hootsuite will it not be an issue because it is logged through the hootsuite api?

You would think since Hootsuite advertises that you can manage "Unlimited" twitter or facebook accounts (with the pro membership $5.99 a mo) they would have figured out how to bypass that otherwise everyone would be complaining that all of their pages are getting shut down. I just dont want to assume.

Does anyone know the answer?
