Does twitter allow adult/porn pics?

You can get pretty darn close to full on pornography without getting flagged.
Depends on the audience too:
A twitter for knitting supplies suddenly have a pic posted of some hot little tart with nothing but her knitting needles and a little glove in each hand covering her nipples and a thread of yarn trying desperately to be a pair of underwear bottoms (this visual is making me happy) will probably have a higher likelihood of receiving complaints than a similar image of a woman dripping motoroil on herself suggestively on an automotive/testosterone themed Twitter.
Not the answer you might be looking for, but common sense prevails. If it is acceptable at a car show, or even the beach, it can be on Twitter.
I've promoted models directly on Twitter using fun pictures. Also, feel free to check out the accounts of porn stars (it's hilarious watching them interact and have drama like REAL PEOPLE!
) and see what pictures they have up. I swear I've seen straight up nudes.

twitter is like youtube, they make the rules up as they go along, if said profile pic is somehow making them money, it stays.
There is a group of people that spend their whole time on twitter, reposting other ppls profile picts and make fun of them and use vulgar crap and other very questionable things involving nudity, animal sex ect, yet Twitter told me that what they do isnt breaking rules "rolls eyes"

Sorry I dont believe what you say. Please post links and photo proof of your claim. For research purpose only youunderstand.
The TOS does not mention anything about the actual tweets but somehow I suspect that porn might at least be frown upon as the experience of other black hatters show. From everyone's response it looks like it is a grey area. Thanks.

I don't believe their TOS allows for it but because I know people that promote models on twitter I'm sure it's there. Type in any adult related subject as a hash tag and I'm sure you'll find the answer to your question rather quickly.

twitter has double standards when it comes to posting nude or even pornographic pictures
lots of pornstars do this with verified accounts
or check this chick from Liverpool for instance:
she's a mere mortal like you and me, not even a pornstar with verified account, she regularly posts pictures where she's inserting every kind of stuff in her lady part and her account is still alive, she's posting these pics since July 2012, she already has 113k+ followers & 13k+ tweets

The misspelling might have been me who accidently deleted the 'y'as as I copied and pasted from my phone.
so what tells me is , make a female account on twitter and show pics of women inserting foreign objects into there selfs = tons of legit followers! well that is one way. might have to try it..

Omg....That's the reason I'm here because I saw a video of a man & woman Having Sex. It totally shocked me right after I recovered from seeing that. There's some things you just can't unsee. Totally disgusted me.
