Hey , i wanted to know if i have Tumblr.com blogs with PR2 can i use them to create my own PBN's? Or better is to buy a high pr domain and use it ? Or it doesn't mather as long as PR is high ?

Tumblr does not hold as much weight as it once had. BUT I do both as it will help dilute links in the event of Armageddon. If you can do it properly do it right and run your own PBN.
