im looking to buy a WORKING craigslist poster that will actual be update when CL changes something, does anyone on here know if EAPD2 is working atm?

Yes, they work. Moreover, for the past few months, whenever CL has changed something, there has been zero downtime, because the program "adapts" to the changes (they spent a week or two rewriting the base code to make that happen).
