I just started a link building campaign and my question is: should i send traffic from traffic exchange websites because i was thinking if no traffic and yet i get backlinks that would look a bit fishy in google's eyes, what do you think? thanks

Nice idea. Good luck bro. Share your results with us. :)

i think this is reasons why one of my sites never came out of sandbox.

.

If there?s no visitors, who links to your site?

There should always be visitors? Before you build links.

yea i know in reality that would be the case but we are talking about black hat seo here, i would like to know what the google bot has to say about this, not logic

Nice idea, but not sure if can escape from Google bot. Share us the result please if you try it :)

Correct if im wrong, i think
Websites are primarily indexed by views, they always have been.

And i dont think google compares backlinks with website views.

How would google know how much views your site has, outside the traffic that may go to your site from serps?

Google checks Unquiet Visitors and Visits on your website and the times your website has been mentioned outside (Or keywords) and sets ranking from these statics. The higher statics the better.

All i can say is Referrals, When you click a link in Google's search page it counts these clicks, Other websites like Alexa Ranking can get this information too, Same goes to websites that checks the statics of your domain

Of the influential, but you should refer to the organic traffic

If your site have more traffic, you will have good rankings :)

I don't think so. The traffic might result in more sites linking to you and better rankings as a result, but it doesn't directly boost rankings.

A thread FULL of bullshit and misinformation posing as fact.

Google does NOT know how much traffic your site gets, save for traffic via serps.

how does alexa know traffic of every site?

They have a browser extension. They only track a small fraction of users of the Internet, but it's enough to get accurate rankings, at least in the most visited websites.

Yes of course!Traffic increases ranking as I have seen my clients getting positive serp moments whether the my service is of Traffic.
So if you are posting/building links on niche wise/high PR or Alexa website where million people appear in a day then its good to know about increment of ranking.
