In addition to anchor text in a link does having the title="" tag add additional SEO value?
Specifically if the tite text is different to anchor text but on theme then does Google see two indicators of the context of the link, i.e. 2 lots of keywords/keyword phrases?
example for 'blue widget' (some code purposely missing) a href= site dotcom/widgetscategory/blue widget" title="quality blue square widget">blue widgets are better than any other color>< end>
