Does TikTok Penalise VPN?

I'm not from US but I need to promote my content in US.

I had one long term account for one project which is constantly getting 20-50 views.

On same device I tried opening more accounts, but didn't post much.

I have had logged in in about 6 accounts with the iphone, but they are all inactive.

I decided to add US VPN, US PHONE (i got a US sim) and registered an account on that SIM.

So US VPN IP + US PHONE, seems pretty legit, right?

Well my third account that I wanted to use for serious stuff is getting 0 views on first videos.

Shadowbanned? Will this go away after a few weeks?

I wanted to make it into a legit account, now not sure what to do.

Is TikTok penalising because I have logged in 3 active accounts?
Or because I use VPN?
Do I need to buy a new iPhone now and use a different US VPN address

I've never encountered any issues with accessing Tiktok while i have my VPN turned on. Number of accounts per device should be the drill.

Well, using public VPN servers is a bad idea.

Do you use the vpn to access account that was created on a different country? What VPN you using?
