Does Tier3 really working?

Hello,

I was discussing something with my friend today regarding to Tier3 links, he showed a list of 1+ million links made one month ago. i checked it most links are working 100% and backlinks are there.

I then went to google and typed the Tier2 link which the Tier3 links were pointing to and found only 5 results.

So, I was wondering does Tier3 really works? and why there is only 5 results and campaign is done before more than 30 days? and links are live.

I need your comments please.

Tier 3 are good to index your tier 2 and tier 1 links other than that they have no useful use

Tier 3 campaigns are important. The way you do it depends on you. Usually, Tier 1 consumes a lot of resources and time. Then we drop a Tier 2 project. They are generally semi automate or done with quality softwares. When it comes to complete automation, Tier 3 comes in. You can never direct them to valuable sites because the are totally automated and can be negatively affected. Why we do it? because it will work as a foundation for tier 2 sites.

You can point these links to tier 2 but these are not quality links and it doesn't give much impact to the site.
