I would like to know, can I create a free game download website and put up these games that pay out per download? Pay for ads for my "free game" website, and potentially generate a decent ROI given I am trying real hard?

It's just a bad WP website with a few posts on, why do you need to buy this.

You could build something better with $200 and 3 days work.

No it doesn't earn jack IMO.

The Income reports don't prove anything and the guy is selling identical sites, stay away from it.

He will sell the same site to numerous noobs every month with the same details, he only has to show one site making money (which he will not sell)

I should have created a better OP. I'm just interested in the implications, I wouldn't buy this website, I'd duplicate it and use a premium theme....
