Does this Tutorial still works?

Hey guys, I'm quite new to the IM, and before trying my own plans I wanted to go trough a step by step tutorial, but before I do even that, I want to make sure, that the one I found still works and won't get me banned on Google.

It's quite old, but I find it very easy to follow, can someone who is on the IM could take a look, to tell me and all other new members does this still works and google won't ban you due to the updates that has happened.

Hey buddy, and welcome to the forum.

Keep in mind when reading these different methods that thousands and thousands of people have most likely tried it already. I don't really think any method ever really dies, you just need to find your own variation of that method and go from there.
