Does this T1 link building method rank my money site?

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE COMMENTING ANYTHING. WE NEED QUALITY DISCUSSION.
Method steps:
1. Generate readable but duplicated contents using Seo Content Machine, merge paragraphs from different sources into one full article.
2. Translate from English to Chinese
3. Spin with Chinese spinner.

Output: Readable Chinese contents.

Can I use these content for T1 and build T2 links to them? Will this method rank my money site?

Some may say, spinned article will not rank because of the readability, but my method can output readable content, and also translated to another language first then spin it. Does anyone do this before, does it work?

Do you think merging paragraphs from different source will help you with the content flow?
Spinned articles will definitely affect the readability.

I guess, he's one of those who comes here after google updates and posts something like: "I have quality content and my rankings tanked. Fuck google... it's so stupid".

Translating and then spinning in another language without proofreading can hardly generate readable content.
I mean, yes you can read it, but would be kinda painful.

Chinese can never be readable content because I can't read chinese

you dont really the Chinese spinner tho,
translating from multiple sources will make an impossible catch-up already and come out with the best results
