is there a program which will AUTOMATICALLY unfollow all of the people who are NOT following me back on twitter?

I believe there are some i-macros that someone shared here that do this. Otherwise, you might have to get a bot. Got and look around in the marketplace for that.

Crowdfire works manually on your phone, I know a guy who unfollowed 150k in one night using Crowdfire.

The other option (which I prefer) is Tweepi + IMacros, set it up to unfollow based on following status and you're good to go!
