I was thinking to outsource not only kw research, but whole site structure...

Starting from some big kw I need to rank and analysis of competitors, would it be great to obtain a final report of:

• site structure to build (articles, categories and site hierarchy)
• pillar articles to write with kw to target
• long tail kw articles
• (backlinks to build)

This is on a LOCAL NON-US niche.

No time to make it myself.

Does a similar service exist in the world?

Yes it does for sure as we offer this to some of our clients, but we only do this for English sites / content.

Doubt will ever exist a software able to do this with quality.

But yes, it would be a great service

That will be expensive, but if you can afford it, try vuLeb. Another way is to find a freelancer in Fiverr or Upwork, then you set your deliverables and let them work on it. Analyze the milestones.
