This choice of words sounds like you've just used some kind of synonyms to the text written earlier
Doesn't sound DIRECTLY like AI, but it feels like so - there aren't any tracks of it in the text, though the vocabulary seems to be chosen randomly.
These paragraphs should be edited by actual human being to make it readable for average Smith.

I didn't write it. It's someone selling PLR content/guides and that's a preview they gave of the guide people would be buying.

If I were in your shoes, I'd spare buying it - if this preview is written in that way, then purchase of this will be shot in the knee.
Of course is an offtop right now, maybe someone will meet with similar text and analyse is it worth, when it actually isn't

So you're a prospective buyer? What is your concern about it being written by AI? That you'd be paying too much for it or that it would be picked up by AI detection bots?

No, not a prospective buyer. I was simply looking into what they were doing and whether there were any miles doing the same thing but making the content better.

I think the short snippet sounds human, my personal issue with longer articles is that ChatGPT starts a lot of sentences with expressions like "Moreover", "Finally", "However", "Firstly", "Furthermore", "Lastly", "In conclusion".
In your snippet it uses "Unless", "While", "In the end", which isn't bad in itself.
But if in a longer text it would start most senteces/every new paragraph like that, that doesn't read too human and feels a bit forced.
(ChatGPT tells me those are conjunctive adverbs and subordinating conjunctions, so can always tell it to not use them too much)

Ah OK, that makes sense.
I don't think it's being written by AI, at least not entirely. It's likely that they are using AI to write the bulk of the text and then editing it themselves, which is why there are errors in the text itself. Ideally, you don't want that to be the one thing that distinguishes your writing from AI work.

Every time I read "let delve into" I get triggered so hard that I need a small vacation (or a bottle of vodka)
