If this doesn't exist, i'm either going to create it or get one made...

    1) add in any number of links to ping
    2) pinger can be scheduled, but before it pings, it detects whether a link has been crawled and/or indexed
    3) If it hasn't been crawled or indexed/it will then ping the url
    4) the program also rotates through proxies and can detect a dead proxy as well and rotate in the next one.

Does this tool exist? Obviously it uses a small backend db (db3 prob), so if this doesn't exist, let me know and i'll get started at some point lol

The point to this exercise is there are a TON of pingers that will do the basic stuff..but I want a smart one that detects whether a link has been indexed/crawled and then adjusts accordingly

    I made this as a web-based tool.

It looks at referring links and checks they are indexed, if not it pinged them and built a few links to them.

If you get 0 traffic from a link over a few months, it's probably not even worth getting it indexed.
