Does this method really work to grow on tiktok?

I saw a video the other day of a person getting a lot of traffic from tiktok simply by downloading videos and uploading them to capcut, to re-save without any alteration, this supposedly causes the meta description of the video to change and when re-uploaded to tiktok even if it is the same video it looks like something new.

I would like to know if anyone has tried it, if it has had any positive results, or if perhaps someone has also tried it but with Instagram?

Hahah, come on...TikTok isn't stupid, you will need to do something more elaborated if you aren't interested in creating your own content.

You get lucky every once in a while and a video blows up without doing anything. So that method doesn't work. IG & Tik Tok both have AI that can easily detect reuploaded pictures/videos.

Just post a video doing the steps you explained and see if it does remove metadata?
