It does work . I usually use this kind of script to get my new site indexed fast and you wont get sandboxed by using this script.

well, this works fine for getting your site indexed faster but not on a permanent measure. one or two of the really good sites of this type will do for quick indexing that these bunch of sites. for example. websitevaluebot.com
