It doesn't work even in theory. You have to have infinite bankroll to cover infinite losing streak and you can't add a finite number (profit) to infinite bankroll and have more than the initial bankroll (cause it's infinite), so why play?
And in practice, you always have some sort of limit even if you find a casino with NO limit, your bankroll is limited.
Are you really gonna have/risk 17M (not counting the sum of all the previous bets, so double that) to win 1 when you hit that 25 blacks/reds/zero in a row streak (which can, has and will happen)?

Heard the saying - The House always wins? It's there for a reason. Plus, the security is super tight man. Anything fishy, and you're slapped and thrown out. I use slapped as an understatement. I'm sure they'll do much worse (Torture devices that work with Bluetooth).

On the contrary, every real casino in the world will welcome you with their arms open if you tell them you're gonna marty the roulette.
They have limits in place to tame the variance for them, that's all. They don't wanna pay in one day what is over their comfort level in regards of scheduling their expenses and budget to some lucky, dumb/drunk whale.
