Does the Gmail used for creating a FB account matter? Can FB check it?

As far as I know, Facebook doesn't simply check your Gmail account's creation date or region through Google. They use their own signals to assess accounts and location. I'd focus on keeping the account information genuine and consistent rather than worrying about the age of the Gmail address.

Fb can't detect your location if you use new gmail, just make sure you didn't sign up to any website before using this email

Gmail doesn’t matter. But the other things such as device, fingerprint, and IP Matters

If you do not live in the United States but want to use the U.S. version of Facebook, you should also use a U.S. proxy; the Gmail account and phone number are not important.
