Does the amount of clicks affect the backlink?

ok ladies and gents, checked BHW a lot but did not find any thread with this question, so i decided to open one because i think it is a very interesting point and people need to know, and of course because i need the answer on this

as a begining i would like to tell you that i do not provide SEO services at all, but i am doing SEO for my money site myself and so far i am going very well. i am #1 - #3 for many keywords (3 money sites) and on some secondary keywords first or second page. penguin hit me on 2 keywords but its ok i can recover soon or later since no penalty but just a drop.

i am very good on public relationships so many website owners are willing to give me Free backlinks in very good sites and in exchange i will put them as promoted on some other news site i have (never linked my money site with news site).

20-30 of them called me and we had a deal they will put my money site on their websites for free and in exchange i will put their sites at my news site. all backlinks will be from niche related sector of their websites with my original text handwritten by me. (500 words, 100% original, keyword density 2%). so far very good.

here comes the question:
should i ask them to put just a backlink on the text with the keyword inside the text (for example: leather bags) which will link to my money site, or shall i put it as: for more click here?

and the real question is:

does the amount of clicks i get from backlinks affect the serp ranking or it is just visitors i get from it?
i am asking it because if it affects the serp i could have someone click the backlinks with different iP and stay 3 minutes on my money site so i ensure i am #1 for long term.
if u got any clue and feel generous sharing your knowledge, please help

I think as soon as you have Ganalytics installed, there are a lot of factors more witch go into your ranking.. I mean bounce rate, time on website and so on.. How else could google knew this things???!!

kind of, but i give link from one site and they give me to the other site.
but the point is how shall i ask them? with keyword on text or kind of: read more (linked to site)
which is the better way and how does click on link affect serp (not interested on visitors at all, only on serp)

clicks are not going to affect and if they offer you contexual posting with link you can do so considering the site authority.

content will be written by me and will be 100% original, no spam at all, only 1 link to money page.
