Hey guy i get lot of legit views from Countries like India But The CPM Is really low like 0.17 per 1k views i was thinking if it is possible to use Traffic exchange = TE
and so raise my cpm is that possible ?

That would be fraud. I would not do that. Not only is it fraud, but you would also lose your adsense account.
