Yes it will.
But for these nlp seo tools, you need to have a decent understanding of how they work and why they work before implementing the recommendations in your content. Sometimes their recommendations are completely off.
It's not like traditional keyword recommendations that you just implement the keywords in your article somewhere.
Understand how semantic SEO works and you will find them tools useful.

It gives you recommendations based on content that's already out there. It's not the holy grail, I never use it and rank just fine. For me it's not worth the trouble. However, if you exercise common sense and use it with your eyes open then it can be helpful.

SEO tools guide you on how to improve your website. You have to follow the step to improve and fix SEO issues that show on SEO tools. SEO tools do not do any SEO improvements to your website. SEO tools are suggested to you where to improve.

Surfer SEO helps you by giving suggestion to fix the issues and what need to rank. It helps but don't guarantee to get rank.

It's never made sense to me using these tools. All your going to do at best, is optimize your content as well as what's already ranking in the serps. Just the same as copying or rewriting content that's already doing well.
There's no additional value, and therefore why would google rank your article above another that they already have tons of data on. A shiny object everyone feel for in my books.

Even in Surfer SEO's analysis of competitor rankings it shows that it has no influence whatsoever to be "fitting" NLP words into your article.
