    Hi.
I need a CPA program that will give me a form code that I can insert to my page and send the data (like email+name) to the program directly, without a landing.
I mean I place a form on my page like Aweber's form and, when user fills it out & submits I get payed.
I was looking for that for long time and it seems like that doesn't exist but maybe?

I dont think so. The CPA company pays you via advertisers' money and the advertisers pay for targeted traffic. Your plan offer just a poor data from random visitors. The lander define the visitor interests.

My landing could be targeted and pass some approval.

It's possible to program yourself but it's a fraudulent way to get leads and will most likely result on a ban from your CPA network.
