Does still rss feed submission good for seo?

Hi guys. Is rss feed submission good for the seo of a site? If so, what's best? Full post or just an excerpt?

If you have links in your submitted content then maybe... depending on your niche and keywords you might get good backlinks or spammy backlinks... but in general syndication is still viable, but attempting virals through content creation is generally better in my opinion.
