Does spam on groups or pages still work?

You need to provide more details, what are you going to spam FB with?

What kind of posts? do they include a link? Do you have thousands of FB accounts already, or not yet?

1, we already have thousands of FB accounts.
2, For adult products and Apps
3, We want to put links in our content, but i think its going to ban us, So maybe i leave my im information in my spam contents.
4, i will ask poeple to download our APPS or leads to our whatsapp or telegram, so the sales are going to introduce our products or services

the engagement in public groups is low, with lots of fake accounts and spam post. Quality groups usually need post approval by admin. spam post usually just get rejected.

we tried, like you said, the traffice is not good. is there any other i can use these accounts?

There a lot of ways to monetize, sell acc, sell likes, sell share, build a group and sell post.

Agreed, but my goal is leave enough messages in some place to get interests of my target audience, So what i need to do is find enough high quality group and pages to do so.

Well now fb groups needs admin aproval .So of course it will be very dificult to spam fb groups .Its better to try the hard way by providing value

Agreed, but my goal is leave enough messages in some place to get interests of my target audience, So what i need to do is find enough high quality group and pages to do so.

Most groups have admin approval.. so find groups that wont..
but groups with no approval have least engagement.. so...

You can check it at marketplace section to check the price. You can always start small.

Why spam when you can add value and make sales through quality content? Spamming will only get your accounts blocked or in some cases your IP blocked.

Why don't you use those accounts to boost up the view in Facebook video, then earning money from that? Just applying the same thing happened to Youtube
