Does something like this exist?

Is there a tool that can do this:
Search for tumblr blogs with submission or ask enabled and is relevent to a keyword, then generate a submit/ask form link in a .txt file?

Scrapebox could do the first half. Custom tumblr footprint that shows specific text of a tumblr site when submission enabled, then a keyword list of..well...the keywords you are after.
Then Ubot, Zenno or even Imacros to do the rest (If I understand the last bit right)
