I tested digg, stumbleupon, Reddit, delicious, clipmarks but it didn't get my nonenglish properties and blogs even indexed. I created fresh bookmarking accounts and added 3-4 bookmarks per account. Maybe that is not enough?

Can you please give some advice?

Look for the sites that support your site's language.

For example, if your site is in Chinese, search Google for "chinese social bookmarking sites". I'm sure you'll find a lot of them!!
