Does sites.google.com rank very easily ?

I was checking Google results today and I seen someones Google site page ranking decently high for some keywords. I have never used it before or seen these sites used much, was wondering if anyone here has utilized them much or knows much about them and maybe how easy they are to rank ?

ranks higher bcoz its owned by google also they hate having aff. offers on their site.

yeah !!! and once they start getting traffic they are banned soon too. May be it was niche , but I hit twice on the sweet spot and both times it got deleted in hours.

I had free sites at .sites.google.com, .wordpress.com etc. I noticed that .sites.google.com is higher, but not the highest.

blogspot ranks much higher than any other web 2.0 for me.

It ranks pretty easy, you gotta be careful not to have any content on their that's against TOS though, they will remove your site pretty fast.

They delete your sites when you get on top or build too many backlinks to it. I tested with google docs and google sites.
