Does shared proxies work good with reddit ?

I want to try reddit for some traffic generation. I want to know if shared proxies work good with reddit ?

Shared? Likely not. It's a good way to get flagged / shadow banned quickly, especially if the other people using it are using it for Reddit / IM stuff.

Reddit got lower security (in compare to big dogs like Facebook) and fewer people use it for promotion. The biggest problem with reddit is the community which hates any spam/marketing and that you can be taken down by the actual people. In that matter one can say it is self-moderated, so it doesn't need that advanced security.
No one can tell you if it exactly will/won't work.

You're right ! Redditors are very savvy and hate products promotion and etc ... But I think it works well with adsense article because they'll not going to lose anything visiting my blog post.

Always use dedicated proxies or mobile isp. Something more dedicated, Shared 99% abuses

It is usually a bad idea to do any serious IM business with shared proxies. Dedicated should be the way to go, regardless of platform or promotion method choice.

Thanks a lot ! I was about to buy 50 shared proxies. Anyone knows a cheap dedicated proxies provider please ?

I lol'd @ all of it to be honest.

No one has a way to tell if the company from which you buy proxies doesn't resell them thus making them shared.
I am sure most of them do.

Plus if one client stops buying proxies it is obvious the company doesn't get new IPs throwing away used ones. Just see it - you cannot know they're doing so and it saves their money -> they'll do it for sure. Even if you buy additional IPs from your hosting company and create your own proxies you cannot know if those IPs were used somewhere and are blocked by a given website, e.g. reddit.

So I think shared & dedicated proxies are almost the same. It is only a matter of luck if they are blocked or banned or not.
