Does shadowban affect other accounts on your device?

I'm shadowbanned into oblivion and there is no getting out of. I haven't used any bots for 6 months, deleted all hashtags, left the account sit for a while and my followers just don't see my posts. It's over for that brand account with 14k real followers. I barely get 30 likes a post. Used to get 500-1000 + 30 comments.

Anyway, I am going to create a personal account on the same device. Will my personal account's engagement be affected in any way because of this issue with the other account?
