Does SEO for Yahoo Answers Work?

Hey Guys, Wondering if anyone has had any experience/luck with SEO'ing their Yahoo Answers pages. Thanx!

Yes, alot of my clients that I do Yahoo! Answers links for, send backlinks to the pages. Because Yahoo! Answers tends to rank very fast because of the authority from that domain. The links are no-follow, but if the questions rank for organic search, you can get alot of traffic from Yahoo! Answers. It is good to use longtail keywords in the Yahoo! Answers questions, so that it will rank easier and faster on Google. Then the traffic that the page gets from Google, you can get a good amount of traffic to your link if it is chosen as the best answer.

I suppose there'd be a good chance of ranking well on a tough keyword / question then with probably not as much seo as usually required.. been checking out the yahoo answers bots... definitely have to get into this
