hi bro ,
it depends on your brand and reputation . if your quality is good then you can charge higher prices. as a web developer i have clients that pay me from $10 per hour to upto 20$ per hour . Previously i have worked for 150$ a month . so build your portfolio and reputation and increase your prices.

This is very important: the market, the competition, the avg prices and your proposal (note I didn't say quality).
