Or if the guy search anything of my post it still appears on google results?

I'm new on blogspot... and Google don't have this info.

Search description Never delete a keywords. And until google index your blog no one going to get anything by google search.

They don't delete keywords. Just like what Ellie4294 has said, you'll have to get your blog indexed before this can become a possibility,

Nope. Keywords can't deleted by search descriptions.
