Does scrapebox still work after panda??

It's best to use SB to scrape up blog comment type links on 'tier II' type link chain structures, instead of applying the links directly to the MNS money site. The actions of SB are still valid, but the Google updates have devalued certain types of backlinks, so it's best to use such urls only as secondary links to support the high value backlinks going to your site.

Still useful as 2nd tier links.

Scrapebox is just like a Swiss knife.
It can serve you well in a lot of situations: indexing your backlinks; scraping different platforms on which you can place your quality links, like article directories, social bookmarking sites, web 2.0's etc; checking whether the PR of a site is fake or not and many other things.
Of course, like any other tool it can hurt your rankings if it is being used in an inappropriate manner (blasting thousands of low quality links towards your money site, for example).
Generally speaking, most of the SEO tools which have provided good results in the past, are still worth. Just the way they can be used has changed a little bit

A popular practice is to link them as a 2nd tier, not the only one
of course.
