Does reporting get someone banned?

Does reporting get someone banned? Like when you get to their channel and click report background image. If i get like 20 accounts and report the person, will he get banned? Thanks

If their profile pic is of some chicks ass, yes. Or if the video has "teen" in the title, or bad language like "Hot Teens Shaking Ass", or is about lesbians making out. Or if it is infringing on copyrights.
