Does repin helps you rank?
In planning to use mother and child method to boost pins on main account. Do this still work? Will repin help me rank pins?

If it's for your website it will definitely help you at the count. More pins = more social media signals (Google likes this, possible to rank higher)
If it's for your Pinterest account, probably more visibility
