Let's say I made a video, and I want to upload it under many different accounts. Is this possible? Do I must make the video unique each time I upload?

if its YT vidz you can redo all kinds of vidz as long as your choosing certain kinds, reason i ask is this,
choose the latest selena gomez vid and it will be banned pulled flagged etc in seconds,
choose a product to promote or service etc that you can change a bit or use then yes you can reup no problem...
if you are creating your own videos you have the possibility to make them different each time, in the case youtube can detect them as duplicated, play safe and make them unique, so you don't have to worry about youtube deleting them for being duplicated.
Most certainly this OP understands his intentions and goals here. He clearly has a video or more he knows will do well in some niche, and he wants to work around YT detection to allow him to try to scale his efforts. OP - look into the MD5 changers, and there are plenty of other threads here with valid information. While I agree with the sentiment that building a more legitimate channel and uploading perhaps more valuable videos is a better course of action - it's far from the only course of action.
Do as you will. The straight answer to your question is:
"Yes - you can workaround YT video detection features to keep uploading the same video to many accounts."
