Im trying to set up some business profiles but get asked to verify phone after messing around with aged accounts. Should i go ahead and verify and continue using the account or try again with a new one?

PV never means its done.

You can verify it with any phone and keep using it.

do i need a burner phone or is smspva fine for main accounts?

I don think thats a smspva problem. I have used it on my alt accounts before with no problem.
