No it's not .
A good proxy must pass dns leak test.
Ofc, it's a client homework to stop doing local dns resolving, and pass *hostnames* to the proxy, not the *IP'*.

Yes, it should, also you can try to avoid DNS leaks on your pc and then everything should work

if your proxys are showing your DNS its a leak, you will need better proxys .
