Some say early morning works best, others say lunch time or evenings. I’ve tested different times with mixed results. Do you still follow a posting schedule or just post when content is ready?

Timing helps a bit, but on LinkedIn the post quality matters way more than the exact hour.

I think it depends entirely on your niche and audience location. Personally, I post when content is ready but boost it during my audience's peak hours, consistency matters more than a specific clock time.

A light schedule helps consistency, but posting when the content is strong and engaging usually matters more than chasing perfect timing.

Posting time matters a little, but good content and fast engagement matter much more on LinkedIn.

I think it's a bit random, some of the posts I made during the night worked more than the ones during "rush hour". Also, I do believe fast engagement is very important. If a post fails to reach a couple of likes within the first hour, it usually won't go far...

Hello I need your services for ranking which articles posting you provide details pls

From my experience, consistency matters more than the exact time.

Posting when your audience is active helps a bit, but good content usually finds traction even outside “perfect” hours. I stick to a loose schedule so platforms know I’m active, but I don’t delay publishing just to hit a specific time.

If results are mixed, it’s usually the content or engagement signals — not the hour — making the difference.

The algorithm now prioritizes engagement velocity over a universal "best time." Post when your specific audience is most active; use LinkedIn Analytics to find your own peak 4-hour window. Consistency in quality and posting frequency now outweighs chasing a generic optimal hour.

I guess it is.
I had a client who prepared a statistic about it.
If I can find the link, I will drop it.

The consensus seems to be that engagement velocity and content quality are way more important than the exact hour you post. LinkedIn's algorithm cares most about how many people interact with your post in that first hour. Focus on being consistent and posting when your specific niche is online rather than following a generic best time schedule
