Does posting shorts daily for 3 months guarantees virality and getting millions of views from the algorithm?

there's this one guy who posted shorts everyday for 3 months and the channel was getting mediocre results up until the end of the 3rd month videos blew up and were getting millions of views. so does posting everyday guarantee such results or is it just luck?

i wish it was that easy.
you can do that, but there are no guarantees of anything.
your content must be top notch so it can gain traction and can have the potential to go viral

its really up to google to decide if they boost your site or not
