Does post likes increase post exposure to users which are not followers?

Likes are throwaway actions, they’re a quick one-click way of saying
‘I agree with what you’re saying’, ‘I like this kind of post’,
‘I don’t have time to comment but I enjoyed see this post on my News Feed’.
By their simple nature, Likes have the lightest weighing, so score the least with EdgeRank

In terms of interactions which might add to your visibility, likes are quite low on that. It may show your post to users who follow the users who like your content, but it's not a lot. In terms of quantity, it might add up, of course.

Of course, it will increase exposure. Like if you make the first comment on some celeb tweet and it gets good number of likes, you will get lot of visibility.

All engagements boost posts.

If you really disagree with something, best course is to mute or ignore. If you interact with something you really dislike, you'll be boosting it.

There might be better people to ask around here with automating TikTok. Post on the TikTok section and best of luck, I suppose.
 
Likes on Twitter increase the exposure for sure, but not much, as it has been pointed out by other people here. In my experience, retweets will generate exposure on a bigger scale
 
Yes it does. I always see posts on my feed from accounts that i dont follow but people i follow have liked it.

So it does for sure
 
Nowadays X promotional mechanism is very capricious.
You going up by the likes count, ofc, but I reckon this is not the main factor
