I have been using pinterest to drive traffic and I am curious about how important pinterest SEO is today compared to previous years.

I love to hear from people who are actively using pinterest.

Any experience .....

I think Pinterest SEO is still important, but it's not just about keywords anymore. Consistent pinning, high-quality visuals, and targeting the right audience seem to have a bigger impact than they did a few years ago.

Pinterest SEO still matters a lot. I still use good keywords in pin titles, descriptions, and boards. Good design helps, but matching user searches and posting consistently usually brings better traffic.

I don't think Pinterest is as active as it used to be. It can still be useful for SEO, but I don't think it's worth investing too much time and effort into it.

Yes, It definitely matters, but content quality and consistency is just as important as keyword optimization now.

Yes, in my opinion it still matters. Pinterest seo has changed, but keywords, board relevance and consistent pinning are still important. I think fresh, high quality pins tend to perform much better than simply reposting old content.

It still matter. Good keywords, titles, and pin descriptions still make a noticeable difference over time.

From my experience, Pinterest SEO still matters but its not about only keywords anymore. I think in these recent years, constant posting, fresh pins and eye catching visuals have much more impact than they used to.

Pinterest SEO is still very important but surely more competitive nowadays.

honest answer is seo changed jobs rather than died. keywords used to be the ranking, now theyre the entry ticket, they tell pinterest what the pin is about so it shows it to the right first batch. what decides if it KEEPS showing it is early engagement, saves and outbound clicks in the first hours. so a perfectly keyworded pin nobody saves dies, and a lightly keyworded one with save velocity spreads. are you optimizing the title and desc, or the save-rate of that first audience?

I still use keyword research, but I focus more on creating fresh, high quality Pins because they tend to perform better.
