Does pinterest allow a "Click to Website" ad platform like facebook?

Title. I'm a man, so I'm not on Pinterest much. However, I need female traffic so. I'd rather not engage in getting pins, boards, pictures, etc and go that route, but instead simply buy the traffic. Are they allowing this? couldn't find anything anywhere...

I would also be interested in buying quality pinterest traffic if anyone can provide.

i think pinterest's ad platform is still in beta.
but there are pinterest ad networks where you can open an advertiser account.
