Does Pinterest Ads work For E-com stores?

Hi,

I started running ads for my e-com store via Pinterest ads. My campaign has been running since few days and I'm getting lots of clicks yet not even a single atc or sale.
I don't understand why Pinterest ads is performing so poorly. On Facebook, i'd be getting atleast a conversion with that much traffic. Anyone experienced with Pinterest?

I dont get why people on Pinterest click the links but are not even interested to buy.

PPL in Pinterest are more interested in blogs and handmade products cuz all i test a lot of thing in Pinterest in the past, I have my Etsy shop selling POD products and 80% of my traffic are from Pinterest and i get sells on that traffic, first it's depend on the product.
