Does PBNs in another language can pass juice ?

I bough a plan at the market place to get 2.0s and PBNs linked to them.

The MS is in french, the 2.0s are in french, the PBNs are in english.

Does the PBNs can have a positive impact ?

I know I'll find out when doing it, but if someone already tested it I would appreciate the feedback.

It would be ideal for your PBN sites to be in the same language and niche (content wise) as your money site. English sites linking to sites in French is not exactly a common occurrence. Link juice should be passed though, hard to say how much of it though.
 
Yes it can pass the link juice. But it is better to have the PBN sites in the same language as it could prove more beneficial.
 
Best will be to test and put your results here.. it will be a good study and a learning.
 
If your site is the multi-language site it's good, if not still it passes the link juice but not much effective in considering all terms.
 
I think a link is still a link, although the languages is different - a link will still pass link juice to your site - sometime similar to those SAPE links that we saw a couple of years back.
However, extreme vetting is always the key to ensure that only the best link juice gets passed up, thus screening through the list would be a good step in ensure only hq ones qualifies.
 
Talking about passing 'juice' language itself doesn't matter at all. Really.

Me and my team frequently analyze competition in really tough niches. There's a huge cohort of hardcore black SEO's who hack thousands of Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese, Dutch universities, shops, local organizations. And they link from those hacked sites to US money sites with no regret.

And it works like magic.

I'm not promoting this method as I deeply believe that it's unethical and illegal.
Just saying that first Google passes the juice.

And only after this, sometimes with a huge delay, it starts analyzing if those links are relevant or no.

Let's say I create an english version of my pages, will the english PBN will only rank them or would it rank all the site ? It's been a while a was asking that question to myself.
