Does the PBN sites need SSL or not?
Our godaddy ssl will expire on 30 Sites and we not clear if it affect anything if we dont use SSL on it.

does it exist any free ssl certificates on market?

Now one of the metrics that is used to determine the 'legitness' of a site would be whether that site has an SSL or not.
A site that has all these setup, would be more legit than one that doesn't - thus, that literally means that your site is not an overnight spam site setup (which PBN can be easily identified as, if not properly setup).
So if you are running your own PBN, having an SSL for that would be good - not necessary, but it will be a good effort.

Yes you are right only if have 100 PBN Sites and buy 100 SSL is too lage cost over the time..

Assuming that protocol is a subject to diversification the answer is obvious: some of the sites should be h ttps, others h ttp

Vast majority of PBN's we see are on h ttp, so using h ttps would move you to a safer side.

So I would use h ttps to sites that look like shops, organizations or societies and would leave blogs with h ttp.

Good luck!

As a diversity... alright, but otherwise it's not necessary. SSL still isn't a standard for websites. If you have a 100 site PBN, just throw SSL at maybe 10 and you are good to go. But even that isn't necessary.

i have a question about building a PBN, i have been searching with different techniques on how to find a good site, with good metrics, i have a few questions if you guys can maybe help.

i found several sites with decent metrics and backlinks, but can you answer a few questions? so most of the expired domains i found, they arent indexed in google is that bad or no? also none (and i mean none) of there kw are ranking. Next if there is a domain that has 12k backlinks and searching through a couple of pages on hrefs.com doesn't look like spammy links, is that ok?

Another thing can you i found a few domains that have several authority sites backlinked to them link AOL, some big noticeable blog sites, but every one that i found has this 1 huge backlink that looks really weird, and it comes from a .co.jp site, it has like 93 DA and like 76 PA and when i go to it and translate it, its basically a directory, is that ok?

Also while i have it in my head, can you please tell me the top 5 MOST important things to look for, in order, because alot of "guides to a successful PBN" here all say different things, if someone can please confirm since MOZ metrics are now gone, and google doesn't really look at that anymore, i mean i know a HUGE page is to have high authority backlinks, but what if it does have high authority backlinks but its a .jp site or a Vietnamese site, does that cancel out? i mean where is the border for this?

thanks

99 % of the sellers here have sites without SSL. I doubt that there will be any major difference in the rankings (if at all) if the sites were with SSL installed.

Should you buy SSL for your own site, though?
Yes, absolutely.
