Does paypal require a credit card?

Hello, I'm trying to make a paypal stealth account.

Do I need a credit card(VCC) in order to start selling on ebay, or can I just use a bank account(VBA).

or if the situation was vice-versa?

to sell you shouldn't... BUT... what you will need is a verified bank account.

If they limit your acc for whatever they reason they might ask you for a social security number and a credit card. They did for me.

YOu could just get a prepaid master card I think.

You just need a verified bank account or a credit car attached to it for it to become verified.

Okay, so all I need to start selliing with a verified stealth account is

1 eBay VCC
1 paypal VCC

I would prefer using a paypal VCC instead of a VBA because it's cheaper.
And of course I would wait 30 days before selling many/high risk items
